BeWILDerwood Norfolk Opening Times and Ticket Prices
BeWILDerwood Norfolk are now only accepting prebooked tickets! Online Advanced – Born to BeWILD (Under 92cm) Free – Almost WILD (92-105cm) £15.50 – BeWILD Now (over 105cm) £17.50 – Still WILD (65 years+) £9.50. Boat rides, arts & crafts, storytelling and parking is inclooooded in your ticket price! How lovely! Anyone in receipt of DLA or PIP qualifies for a Carer to accompany them free of charge. We just ask to see their letter at the gate as proof. Online tickets can be bought all the way up to the night before your visit. Please note, we do not accept vouchers from third party sites – our best prices are advertised on our website and any promotions are run on our Facebook page.

BeWILDerwood Norwich Story Characters. Swampy
BeWILDerwood Norfolk Swampy. What he really likes is eating, especially Sweetsludge Pie and Nutbug Crunch. He is also very fond of having plenty of nice long naps and living quietly at home. Swampy is not very keen on Mud Stew or on having big adventures. Unfortunately Swampy is always having daring adventures by mistake. Luckily he generally goes along with his friends, Moss and Leaflette, so things mostly turn out well. Swampy is an excellent fisherman and will catch you some slimy Slipperfish for your tea if you like. Mildred The Crocklebog. Crocklebogs are very friendly creatures but they do look a bit scary, what with all those teeth. Mildred is really a vegetarian and she often tries to make friends with butterflies. But people seem to get the wrong impression of her. Perhaps it is because she sneezes great spouts of water out of her nose when she gets excited or perhaps it is just those teeth. Mildred has a huge collection of handbags and jewellery and her favourite colour is mostly pink. More Characters..

BeWILDerwood absolutely believe that there is no substitute for local and lovingly made food as iIt just tastes better. Nearly all BeWILDerwood food comes from carefully chosen and certified local farmers, veggie growers and even odd little suppliers exclusive only to us. BeWILDerwood are committed to keeping food miles to a minimum and are working hard to find some new weird and wonderful delights for you to tuck into.

to play in the woods – it’s especially exciting when you have all your friends with you to share the fun. The more the merrier! Please not that we follow Covid 19 measures when groups are concerned.
BeWILDerwood of Hoveton For Schools
BeWILDerwood Norfolk will only accept School visits when Covid 19 measures allow. The school rate is available during Norfolk schools term time only (including weekends) for groups of 15 or more paying school visitors at £7.00 per child, with 1 accompanying adult free for every 5 children. Additional paying school group adults are £7.00 each. Not only is there a fabulous decrease in cost for the 2019 season, every paying child attending a school visit to BeWILDerwood will receive a “Swampy invites you back for free” voucher. Valid for 1 free entry for them to return to the woods with their family one day! Just because we’re nice like that! T&Cs apply.
BeWILDerwood Norfolk also offer hire of our Boggle Banquet Halls as an informal learning space or a place to store pack lunches and such, at £50 each for the day during Norfolk term time (off peak) £100 each in Norfolk school holidays (peak). Subject to availability. BeWILDerwood offers an inspiring and safe environment for children to learn and play in. We welcome visits from pre-school, infant and primary schools as well as special schools. Take the learning outside of the classroom and watch the children get inspiration from traditional play. We have exciting activities developed especially for your pupils, from early years to KS1 & 2. No groups at BeWILDerwood Norfolk until Covid 19 meausres are changed. BeWILDerwood Norfolk The group rate is £14.95 per person. This applies to any group of 15 or more paying visitors (minimum of 15 “BeWILD Now” or “Almost WILD”) who have booked and paid at least 10 days in advance of their visit. The group rate also applies to scouts & guiding groups, children’s clubs and charities. You must pre-book to qualify for the group rate.
