The Thursford Collection is an amazing museum and was founded by local man George Cushing. It is now known for the scale of its collection of steam engines, organs and fairground attractions, and its annual Christmas spectacular show, which draws over 100,000 people to the Norfolk countryside. The Thursford Collection is one of Norfolk’s great family days out and top Norfolk attractions. The Thursford Collection is situated near the town of Fakenham and in the beautiful county of Norfolk. The Thursford Collection is home to the world famous Christmas Spectacular, Santa’s Magical Journey and the world’s largest collection of steam engines and organs. We’re also home to Thursford Garden Pavilion – one of Norfolk’s leading wedding and event venues and provides day to remember for all.
