Outdoor Sports
Watton Sports & Social Club has first rate outdoor sporting facilities. These are maintained by our full time groundsman to an amazing standard. Many of the facilities outside have regular bookings by our affiliated clubs who will take priority over resource requests. There are still plenty of times that the outdoor facilities are available so if you are interested in making use of them please contact us. Our pitches are second to none in the county and have previously been used by professional clubs for pre-match training. Please contact Watton Sports & Social Club for pricing details, facilities are available for members and non-members (excluding snooker). Prices for this are very reasonable. Football Pitches – We have a number of well-maintained pitches. Our main pitch is flood lit for night time usage and it is view-able from the bar area. Watton Sports have a number of full sized pitches and also junior pitches are available. AstroTurf – High quality enclosed AstroTurf. Available for rental as either a full or half pitch. Suitable for hockey / football (suitable trainers only, no studs or blades). Floodlit for night time usage. All weather court/tennis court – Suitable for Tennis, Tennis nets and Netball nets available. Goals Available for 5/7-a-side Football. Flood Lit for night time usage.

We host a number of top rate indoor sports facilities. These facilities are listed below. Contact us now. Indoor sport available at Watton Sports Club are: Badminton – Squash – Snooker and the Sports Hall which is suitable for Indoor Football, Basketball, Netball, Table Tennis. The Floor is marked for each sporting type with high level quality lighting and an Internal Marquee for special events including bar is available to hire. Fitness Suite –  Watton Sports & Social Club offers a professional, affordable and well equipped Fitness Suite. Large selection of Free Weights plus Smith Machine, Chin Up Bar and Dip Bar.

It is not all about sport. We have an outstanding leisure facility open to it’s members. The leisure facility includes: Licenced Bar serving a wide range of Draughts, Spirits and Soft Drinks – 2 x 42″ Plasma TV’s Showing Sky Sports – 2 x High Jackpot Gaming Machines – Pool Table – Darts Board – Bar Meals – Hot Refreshments – Snooker Tables (MEMBERS ONLY). This area is a members and guests only area.
