The White Lodge Covid 19 Position
With Government Guidelines relaxing, we have been reviewing our Covid Rules and have decided to keep some rules in place going forward – these will be kept under review. We ask customers to consider continuing to wear masks until they reach their table and have asked staff to consider wearing them also.
Customers are required to follow these simple rules:
• Our one-way system will remain in place and there will be no service or standing at the bar – • It is still strongly recommended to reserve a table indoors in advance, for either drinks or food – • All customers, with or without a reservation, must check in with our host when you arrive and our sanitise stations will remain in place – • When seated indoors, you will still be required to order from your table with a member of staff – • When seated outdoors, you will be required to order from a service point inside with a member of staff or by using our App by round to help speed up service & minimise contact with staff – • Customers must stay seated at their table, when indoors, unless using the bathrooms and must keep a safe distance from other groups – • The children’s playground will be open. Contact points will be cleaned daily but it is the responsibility of the parents to supervise & ensure that social distancing is being maintained.
What will look different ? • We will be offering a more relaxed menu – • Menus and napkins will be paper single use & disposed of after every customer – • Most popular condiments will be available in sachets where possible – • Bathrooms will be One-in, One-out – • Staff will be given the option to wear masks for their protection and yours. The White Lodge Attleborough know this is new & not everybody’s idea of visiting the pub, but we kindly request that guidelines are followed and that staff are treated with respect as this is also new & very difficult for us. (We welcome any feedback on areas you feel that we could improve on)

About
The White Lodge Pub and Restaurant in Attleborough is a former coaching inn, that has delivered hospitality since the 15th century. Originally for travellers and their horses on the commute between Norwich and London. The Grade II listed White Lodge reopened in 2016 after an extensive renovation programme. The White Lodge Pub and Restaurant is situated just off the A11 Attleborough roundabout between Norwich and Thetford.
At The White Lodge Attleborough we are delighted to offer cask ales, an extensive Wine Menu and an ever increasing Gin collection. In addition to a wide range of lagers, ciders, spirits and soft drinks. The White Lodge are delighted to offer food and drink which is home cooked food to both locals and visitors and why not try one of our casked ales as you will not be disappointed. The White Lodge welcomes larger dining groups and are very happy to discuss our venue hire for functions and celebrations. The White Lodge can accommodate and host events, functions, special occasions and celebrations including: White Lodge wedding receptions, White Lodge birthday parties, christenings, engagement parties, White Lodge Christmas parties, new years eve parties, wakes, charity nights and fundraisers and many more, just ask and we will go out of our way to help.
