Scarning Dale holiday centre has a wonderful heavily timbered house with Inglenook fireplaces that dates way back to the 17th century. In our grounds are the remains of what is reputed to be part of the Abbey of Wendling, founded by Sir William de Wendling in 1267. For a delightfully different holiday experience or just an overnight stay in peaceful countryside or an unusual venue for that special party – We have it all. Why not come and see for yourself the idyllic location that is perfect for hosting: weddings, birthday parties, christenings, engagement and anniversary parties and anything else you like.

Scarning Dale Indoor Heated Swimming Pool.
Guests may use the heated indoor swimming pool (free use for 1 hour per day, swimming hats required), play snooker on a full size table or table tennis. We have 25 acres of pretty countryside and is a bird watchers paradise and an inspiration to painters and aritists alike. Visitors to Scarning Dale scan also enjoy lots of animals within the grounds including horses, donkeys, rabbits, geese and chickens.

Rose Cottage Sleeps two in double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet, lounge and galley kitchen. Our Rose Cottage is suitable for partially disabled. Patio area with table and chairs. Honeysuckle Cottage – Sleeps two persons in double bedroom with en-suite, galley kitchen, diner and lounge. Patio area with table and chairs. The Lodge – Sleeps six persons in one double and 2 twin rooms with bathroom upstairs. There is a shower, toilet, lounge, dining room and kitchen downstairs. Extra persons can be accommodated please enquire. Oil fired central heating throughout, Patio area with table and chairs. Lodge Cottage – Sleeps two persons in double bedroom with en-suite, kitchen diner and lounge. One central heating radiator in bedroom and night storage heaters. Patio area with table and chairs. The Cottage – Sleeps 4 persons in one double bedroom and one twin room, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Patio area with table and chairs. Scarning Dale Log Cabin – Sleeps four in 1 double and 1 twin room. Lounge, kitchen-diner. Night storage heaters. Patio area with table and chairs.
