Christmas Hours Thursday 24 – Saturday 26 Dec – Closed. Monday 28 Dec – Open 8am – 4pm – Friday 1 Jan 2020 – Closed. Pool Slide: For general public the slide will be in operation on the half an hour for a 20 minute period every hour during the week, and open continuously at weekends.

As an Alive Member your journey starts with a FREE PT (personal training) session, designed to take into account your goals, physical health and fitness levels, and ensure you make the most of your time in the gym.
To keep you motivated your membership will include free health measurements, including weight loss, blood pressure and body fat percentage, and a further PT session to keep you on track. Our excellent swimming pools are a great place to dive in, keep fit, relax or keep the kids entertained. Swimming is a great way to improve fitness, tone up and burn calories. It is low impact meaning less risk of injury and is great for rehabilitation. All of our pools run a varied swimming programme for all ages and abilities including dedicated sessions for uninterrupted swimming, adults or ladies only and sub-aqua. If you’re a beginner or want to improve your swimming stroke, our approved ASA swimming lessons can help.
