Whitlingham Adventure Trowse Norwich is situated in the picturesque County Park, Whitlingham Adventure provides outdoor, adventurous activities for adults and children from 8 years up. Whitlingham Adventure welcomes both groups and individuals to take part in activity tasters, accredited courses, private tuition, craft hire and birthday party sessions. The centre hosts many school/group activity days/weeks and several local and Regional sporting and charity events. Activities include Sailing, Canoeing, Kayaking, Windsurfing, Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP), Raftbuilding, Powerboating, Archery, Bushcraft, Mountain Biking, Climbing, Team Challenges, First Aid courses and instructor qualifications.

Youth Adventure Club – Duration varies · £62 for six week programme. We are offering 6 week programmes in a variety of outdoor adventurous activities. Choose from Tuesday after school or Saturday morning club. From 8 to 16 yrs. Choose from the following six week programmes; Tuesday’s from 16:00 to 18:00 – Saturday’s from 10:30 to 12:30. School Holiday Adventures – Duration varies · from just £36 per day – Offering a huge range of holiday adventures from taster sessions to advanced courses accredited though various National Govering Bodies. All sessions are supervised by fully qualified instructors.
Accredited Courses for Adults & Youth – Duration varies · from just £12 – Accredited courses available from 8 yrs+, from beginners through to advanced in RYA Sailing, Windsurfing & Powerboat Handling, British Canoeing Paddlesport and BSUPA Stand Up Paddleboarding plus more. Craft Hire – pay & play – Duration varies · from just £12.50 – Offering craft hire from as little as £12.50!! – Available April to October 11:00 – 17:00 on Saturday & Sunday 11:00 – 16:00 during school holidays 11:00 – 16:00 on Bank Holidays
Parties!! – Duration varies · from £120 – Choose your 2 hour activity from: Sailing, Canoeing, Kayaking, Katakanu, Raft Building, Stand Up Paddleboarding, Archery or Climbing. Optional cabin hire for self catering party food – £120 per group of 8 participants, £140 with cabin hire. 8 yrs +. Tuition – Duration varies · £65 per two hour session – Want to try something new or consolidate your skills…we offer Tuition in all of our adventurous activities. £65 per two hour session, per person on 1:1 basis £80 per two hour session, for up to 2 people £100 per two hour session, for groups of up to 4 people £125 per two hour session, for groups of up to 8 people.
Saturday Adventure Club – Duration varies · £90 for 6 week block – Already experienced? Become a member of our OnBoard Sailing and Windsurfing Club which is supervised for children of all levels to practice their skills and techniques. 8- 16 yrs. Go Club – Duration varies · From £20 per session – Go Club is the perfect way for experienced Sailors or Paddlers to access the Great Broad whilst using the centre facilities, craft and equipment in an independent and flexible way. New for 2020 – we are now offering Tuesday night club night! 18yrs+.
Private Launch – Duration varies · From £6 per half day – Own your own craft, fantastic! Bring it down to Whitlingham and enjoy the vast Great Broad. Please ensure you call to book before travelling. Cabin Hire – Duration varies · Just £25 per hour – Offering cabin hire for meetings and training in a unique inspirational environment. £25 per hour £80 per half day (max 4 hrs) £150 per full day.
Educational Groups – Duration varies · from £44 per hour, per group of 8 – We are able to offer a wide range of activities and programmes from KS1 upwards. Our activities can be tailored around your needs and bespoke programmes can be created. Corporate Groups – Duration varies · £10 per hour, per person. A huge range of options for your team building, reward or well-being session. From ‘Adventure Racing’ to ‘It’s a Knock Out’. Bespoke packages available. First Aid & Water Safety courses also on offer.
