Pettitts is open 7 days a week but please check prior to your visit due to Covid 19- Pettitts open our gates every day of the week Monday –Sunday from 10 am – 5 pm – The Pettitts Animal Adventure Park Car Park is totally Free and closes at 5.30 pm. Please be aware that we may close on days when there is particularly bad weather due to Health & Safety reasons. At Pettitts Animal Adventure Park You MUST book online, we do not accept purchases at the gate. Pease note: Maximum of 6 people per booking. Unlimited Jurassic Golf included in the admission price. Pettitts Animal Adventure Park OPENING AND CLOSING TIMES – We are now open. We are currently operating under spacial Covid-19 conditions to comply to government guidelines and to provide the safest experience possible for our visitors and staff. Pettitts is open 7 days a week. We open our gates every day of the week Monday –Sunday from 10am – 5pm. The Pettitts Car Park is totally Free and closes at 5.30pm. Please be aware that we may close on days when there is particularly bad weather due to Health & Saftey reasons. We would suggest if you are unsure that you please check our facebook page or call our office.
BUYING TICKETS ONLINE – We are now only accepting online bookings, you can no longer purchase tickets at the gate. You MUST book online when visiting us, if you do not book online you will not be able to gain entry to the park. This is to conform to Covid-19 guidelines set out by the government and to facilitate reduced numbers of visitors each day.. Please bring a print out of your booking on the day as it has a barcode on it in order to gain entry into Pettitts Park. You can also show the Barcode on your phone at the gate house. Make sure everyone in your family or group is with you at time of entry.
COME BACK TO PETTITTS FOR HALF PRICE – All Half Price Return tickets MUST be booked online, if you have visited us and wish to book your Half Price Return Tickets your original till receipt contains instructions on how to do so or alternatively we include instructions on an email sent out to you after your visit. CAR PARKING – We offer Free car parking at Pettitts for the entire day. Parking your car is at your own risk within our car park. Our car park closes at 5.30pm, half an hour after the park closes.CASH BACK AVAILABLE – We have cash back facilities at 3 outlets within the park. The gift shop, pettitts coffee shack and the ice cream parlour. WIFI – We do not have wifi within the Park – MOBILE PHONE SIGNAL – We cannot guarantee how much mobile reception different providers will have at Pettitts. SMOKING AND VAPING – We ask that you only vape or smoke within the areas provided which are signed.

FIRST AID – The First Aid post is situated in the Gift Shop in the Village Square. A have a number of First Aid trained staff here each day. DOGS – We do not allow any dogs (except guide dogs) within any part of the Pettitts Park. PICNICS – We have 3 designated picnic areas within the park: The Village Green Picnic Area, The Lakeside Picnic Area or The Woodland Picnic Area. We also have additional picnic benches around the park for you to sit down, eat and relax with your friends and family. LOST PROPERTY – If you have lost an item please speak with a member of staff at the Gift Shop within the Village Square or call 01493 700094. Any lost property that is handed in is kept for one month.
LOST CHILDREN – If our staff are informed of a lost child they will radio around each other to help reunite children with their parent or carer. PLAY AREAS AND PARK – We ask that all children are supervised by their parents, carer or a responsible adult. Any child brought by you into Pettitts is entirely your responsibility. TOILETS – Male & Female – Within the Village Square – Unisex – Within the Village Square – Male & Female – The Railway Station Toilets – DISABLED TOILET – We have a Male & Female Disable Toilet by the Railway Station in the centre of the Park. Schools and Groups
At Pettitts Animal Adventure Park schools can download our education pack and risk assessments. You make a saving by buying your tickets online. You can use the ticket on any day you wish to come within the current Season. Please bring a print out of your booking on the day as it has a bar-code on it in order to gain entry into Pettitts Park. You can also show the Bar-code on your phone at the gate house. Make sure everyone in your family or group is with you at time of entry. Come Back to Pettitts for half price – We offer a Half Price Return throughout the entire Season. You will need to bring your original till receipt with you when you return to the gate to be eligible for half price tickets. More…

Pettitts Safari Shack Café – Open Daily 10 am – 4.30 pm. The Safari Shack Cafe offers a wide range of food ranging from Baguettes and Sandwiches to Salads and our famous Children’s Maxi Meals. We also offer Tea, Coffee, Soft drinks, milkshakes and Slush. Pettitts also have available on The Park – Pettitts coffee and shake shack – Pettitts Fudge and Candy Land were we offer Ice Creams, Fudge, Candy Floss, Chocolate Bars, Pic & Mix as well as Cold Drinks and Pettitts Ice Cream Parlour.
