Darbys of Swanton Morley near Dereham was created in 1988 from two empty farm cottages, following the closure of the Papermakers Arms in Town Street, and since then the pub has built up a loyal following of customers from far and wide. To cater for todays discerning customers and current legislation, Darbys Pub and restaurant of Swanton Morley underwent a major refit. Darby’s aim is to provide a meeting place for every resident of the village and to continue our tradition of combining great hospitality, friendship and outstanding food and drink. The pub is the hub! Darbys of Swanton Morley have a large outside beer garden. Darby’s Restaurant Swanton Morley is well known for providing an excellent dining experience and people travel from miles around for the Darby’s Sunday lunch carvery dinner. Also popular at Darby’s are our Beer and Burger Wednesday Nights, Indian Ruby Tuesday, Steak Thursday, OAP menu and Winter Warmer menu.
